Recently, he has led the construction and development efforts at FieldCrest Estates, emphasizing energy-efficiency in these luxury homes. With extensive knowledge of the local residential construction industry spanning decades, Kelly stresses the importance of quality construction, energy-efficient technology, and superior location in new home construction near Albany.
